Looking for a healthy treat to help stave off the rising temperatures but want it to be healthy? Maybe you’ve tried the chocolate or vanilla shakes from the earlier post, or you would rather have something fruity to help cool off. Either way, the recipes below are sure to please!
If you’ve visited the office before you may have seen these smoothie recipes before. But if you haven’t or if you don’t have the sheet handy here are two recipes for healthy smoothies:
1 Cup Ice
1 Cup Water
1-2 Cups Fruit(s)
1 teaspoon of Stevia
CREAMY FRUIT SMOOTHIE
1 Cup of sour cream
1 Cup of milk, 1/2 & 1/2, or heavy cream
1 Cup of fruit
1 teaspoon Stevia
You can also mix in 1-2 tablespoons of SP Whey Protein Powder or SP Complete (if you muscle test well for it!)
Substitute organic and raw for each when possible.
